“ This jewel of a property is nestled in the rustic village of Sezze with amazing views. The facilities are brilliant for self catering but easy access to the town ( couple of minutes walk) to eat out. I can honestly say this is the best pool I have been in, it is beautiful to look at and at night when the lights are on it really comes to life and makes an evening swim under the stars a memory to treasure. We enjoyed a wonderful day in Roma from the train station in Sezze, for just over 9 Euro each we got a return ticket which included all busses and metro travel in Roma itself. The metro is so easy and air conditioned not like London! A lovely week and would highly recommend a stay here. Lastly I have to mention the family members dealing with this property, they were so helpful before and during our stay. ”

Seven of us spent a week at beautiful Villa DiTrapano. Situated above Sezze in its own quiet gardens, we relished throwing open the shutters in the morning to the gorgeous views, the birds and the church bells. The kids particularly loved the pool and the gelateria, just a short walk from the villa. We loved our private chef experience with the charming Caterina and discovering a small Italian town that felt far from the tourist trail. Dinner at Santuccio and a visit to pretty Sermoneta were also great. Thank you Lia and Giancarlo for making our visit so easy and happy. We hope to return one day. Grazie mille!

Spectacular place to see Italy and still relax! We just finished a fantastic stay at Villa DiTrapano. We spent several days in Rome, we went to the beach and we visited ruins and small medieval towns. Sezze, itself is lovely. We would then relax every late afternoons the private pool with a vista beyond belief in historic surroundings. It was a perfect place to retreat too. We also had dinner catered in which was more spectacular than any meal we had out. Also, Sezze has great restaurants like Santuccios. We experienced Italy at its best. We highly recommend.

I would highly recommend staying at Villa DiTrapano for anyone traveling to Italy. The view of Sezze, and the valley that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea from the patio is cathartic and breathtaking. The villa and grounds are rich in history with modern day comfort. Lia provided our family with everything we needed from restaurant contacts that made dining in Sezze intimate and enjoyable, to information on unique travel destinations within the country. The villa has two amazing people that will assist you while you are there. Caterina cooked the most amazing meal for our family that took place on the patio. Giuseppe greeted our family when we arrived and acclimated us to the Villa. We hope to visit the Villa in the near future and appreciate the hospitality. Grazie Lia.

What a beautiful villa & lovely property! It was everything we hoped for & more! This villa offers a true traditional Italian experience! Caterina’s meal was amazing & our “resident expert,” Ben, was the best! It doesn’t get any better! We feel blessed to have stayed here!
